Additional capacity is available on any plan by agreement, subject to scheduling. Workstreams share reserved capacity and are not unlimited projects.

  • Add capacity as needed.

Add capacity to your partnership for a defined period without permanently moving to a larger plan. We’ll agree on the scope, team, timing, and additional fixed fee before work begins. No surprise charges, and no hourly fees. Additional capacity is available by agreement, subject to scheduling.

    Discuss additional capacity
  • Fixed fee projects.

A full rebrand, website redesign, application build, or major campaign may need a dedicated project scope and timeline. We can structure that work as a separate project alongside your partnership, or as a standalone engagement. We’ll define the project outcomes, team, timeline, and fixed fee before the work begins.

    Discuss a project

How the partnership works.

  1. Agree on the priorities.

We start with your objectives, current needs, and upcoming commitments. Together, we define the scope and reserved capacity that make sense for the work.

  2. Plan the work together.

We maintain a prioritized backlog and agree on what moves forward. A workstream is a coordinated initiative, such as a campaign, creative project, or website improvement and not an unlimited bundle of requests.

  3. Review and adjust.

We review work in progress and relevant performance, then adjust priorities. When a request exceeds the agreed allocation, we discuss the tradeoffs or additional capacity before starting.

FAQs

Workstreams and capacity

  • A workstream is one coordinated initiative with a defined outcome, such as a campaign, website improvement program or creative project. Concurrent workstreams are initiatives moving forward at the same time. When one finishes, the next priority begins.

  • Workstream counts limit how much projects run at once, they aren’t a monthly quota to spend. If a workstream wraps early, the next one starts right away rather than waiting for the month to turn. An unused slot also carries forward while your plan is active. One month on Focused, two months on Integrated, three months on Embedded. One carried slot can be in play at a time, subject to scheduling.

  • That depends on complexity and the mix of disciplines involved. Before we begin, we agree on a defined capacity allocation and how work gets scoped against it. Planning, meetings, project management, revisions and quality assurance all draw on that allocation.

  • You can add capacity as needed, subject to scheduling. Scope, timing and fee are agreed before anything starts. Larger initiatives are often better handled as a separate project, and if your needs have changed permanently, we can build a plan around them instead.

Plans and support

  • Yes. Every plan can draw on strategy, brand and content, product and web, and marketing. What changes between plans is reserved capacity, the level of involvement, and how many workstreams run at once. Specialists are assigned according to the agreed scope.

  • No, website governance and other initiatives share the plan’s reserved capacity. We agree on a baseline allocation for website needs and prioritize the remaining work together.

  • No. Support hours, covered platforms, response targets and escalation procedures are agreed at onboarding. Response targets describe when we respond, not a guarantee that every issue is resolved within that window.

Billing

  • Media spend and third-party costs, including hosting, software, stock assets, printing, travel, research panels and external production. Major projects and after-hours support are scoped separately. When we recommend a third-party tool to run a program properly, that cost is not included in our plans.

  • We invoice monthly in advance, with payment due within 30 days. There are no hourly fees and no charges you haven’t agreed to beforehand. Additional capacity and separate projects are invoiced against their own agreed fee. Sales tax may be applicable.
